The mandate for this project was to create a to do list app for teacher's. The app has to allow the teacher to log in and be able to see their individual tasks. It also needs to let the user mark their tasks as completed and display up to 10 completed tasks. There is also an added feature for sharing tasks where the user would be able to see who they shared their tasks with and who shared tasks with them.
Tasks can be overhwheleming especially when there are a lot of them. Therefore, we wanted our app to have a more calming approach and minimal interfaces to lower anxiety and the feeling of being overwhelemed. We also felt that by adding "JUST" in front of every functionality that our app has, it adds emphasis on the need to do it and complete it. It also helps to push past procrastination of completing a task.
This project allowed us to understand that it is okay to start all over again rather than being stuck in a viscious cycle where we don't understand anything. It also showed us that it is important to work and break the project down in little pieces instead of looking at the project as a whole. It also taught us that databases aren't as absract as they seem and you can use common logic to solve problems that seem overlyh complex.
